By creating an account, accessing, or using Draw0 ("Service"), you agree to comply with these terms legally. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2 Description of Service

Draw0 is a web-based platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to generate visual diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps based on user text input. The Service includes the Draw0 editor and any related software or documentation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3 User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4 User Content & AI Output

Your Input: You retain all rights to the text, data, and information you input into Draw0 ("Input").

AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Draw0 hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the diagrams and charts generated by the Service based on your Input ("Output"). This means you own the diagrams you create.

Note: Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, Output may not be unique across users and the Service may generate the same or similar output for Draw0 or a third party.

5 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of the AI models.

7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". DRAW0 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DRAW0 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
